Innovative & forward thinking builders, they are constantly working on ways to challenge themselves & the status quo in order to deliver fantastic results and high quality work for their clients.
No one day will ever be the same.
They possess a loyal and high performing subcontractor base who allow them to continue to produce great work on each project.
As a result they have been able to continue to negotiate & win new projects in the Greater Melbourne region and now require a Contract Administrator to join their team.
The role?Reporting to an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for site based commercial activities including subcontractor management, claims, cost control, reporting and monitoring.
You will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar & have 5+ years experience in the Australian market in either a Contracts Administration or Project Coordination.
You will be a strong & direct communicator and have the ability to work autonomously.
