Your new role As a Case Manager at QBE, you will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.
Your key activities will include:
Effectively setting expectations, communicating, and educating injured workers and their employersWorking in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to workEnsuring timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policyDocumenting and applying decision-making principlesMeeting and working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomesWe're all about setting you up for success Your first four weeks are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success - our Q-Start program is delivered hybrid, 3 days in office, and will set you up with all the knowledge to begin your career in workers compensation.
About you You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer-centric service with empathy and patience.
