You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.Your role will include:Provide a range of coordinated high quality case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare Regulatory requirements.Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards and best practice delivery.Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.Participate in the broader SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, such as Education Days, training events, conferences, etc.Work in a senior capacity supporting day to day operations through mentorship and leadership activities, strategic and operational support.About youYou genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer-centric service with empathy and patience.
