To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a talented National Business Manager to lead its sales and account management strategy in Australia.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Business Manager to join the Consumer Hearing division of a global leader in audio technology.
Reporting directly to the Director, Consumer Hearing ANZ, this high-profile role will be pivotal in managing and growing key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
As a hands-on leader, the National Business Manager will play a critical role in ensuring profitability, leading operational strategy, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to achieve long-term success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance of key national accounts, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are consistently met.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including promotional planning, forecasting, and budgeting, aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and dealer networks to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives and product launches, ensuring seamless execution.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, preparing monthly and quarterly reports to track progress against targets.
Expand sales within the existing network while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop an Account Executive to achieve individual and team goals.
