To help us on our journey, we are looking for a National Business Manager to join our awesome team based in Sydney.
Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the National Business Manager – Grocery (AU) is a crucial, strategic role within the Jack Link's Asia Pacific sales team.
This newly created position will build strong relationships and collaborate with major Australian Retail partners to seek mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
Internally, you will work alongside our Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Operations teams to develop consumer-centric sales initiatives and great tasting new products.
This fast-paced role will be based in our new Macquarie Park office in Sydney, surrounded by a fun and dynamic team of professionals.
Key responsibilities required for the role: Category Captaincy: Utilising convincing category and consumer insights, be the trusted protein snacking partner within the Australian Grocery Channel to provide meaningful growth within the category.Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with major Retail partners within Australia through building trust and delivering meaningful outcomes.P&L Management: Take full ownership of budgeted revenue delivery, trade investments, and forecasting while delivering market share objectives.Innovation Leadership: Champion customer marketing and product innovation within Jack Link's Australia, ensuring best-in-class product launches.Strategic Planning: Build and execute an ongoing three-year strategic plan developed using strong industry, category, and commercial analysis.Qualifications and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.Experience within the FMCG industry, preferably within a National Account Management or National Business Management role.Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.Skills and attitudes for a successful candidate: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Be an advocate for the Jack Link's way and values.Carry a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.Possess a high attention to detail and a natural drive for success.Have the ability to work autonomously and be confident with decision-making.What's Next?
