Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
As the National Business Manager (AU), you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within the Australian market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Category Leadership: Become the trusted Category Captain for protein snacking in the AU Grocery Channel.
Use compelling insights to grow the category and deliver value for customers.Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with major retail players like Foodstuffs and Woolworths, as well as our Sales and Distribution partners, to deliver win-win outcomes.P&L Management: Own revenue targets, manage trade investments, and ensure accurate forecasting to achieve market share goals.Innovation Leadership: Drive customer marketing and product innovation, leading best-in-class product launches tailored to our consumers.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust three-year plan, supported by deep industry, category, and commercial analysis.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.Proven FMCG industry experience, ideally with exposure to National Account Management or similar roles.A track record of success managing customers such as Woolworths and Foodstuffs.Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an eye for detail.Who You Are: A dynamic, self-disciplined professional who thrives in a high-growth environment.A natural collaborator with a customer-centric mindset.Emotionally intelligent, professional, and driven to succeed.Confident in decision-making and able to work autonomously.Aligned with Jack Link's values and passionate about innovation and excellence.Additional InformationWhy Join Jack Link's?
