Over the past 50+ years, we have installed and supported a network of car wash equipment and complimentary accessories for private operators and investor consortiums, convenience stores, petroleum companies, motor dealerships, major oil companies, and heavy vehicle operators.
Being Australia's leading distributor of automatic vehicle wash equipment we have access to major international and local equipment manufacturers and chemical suppliers.
We are a team of 45 people, headquartered in Sydney (Wetherill Park) with service centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, and Hobart.
It is with pride that our highly professional national team offer our customers the highest level of Australia-wide service and support available.
About the RoleThe National Service Manager is an important position within our business and is a critical point of contact for our administration, technicians, and customers.
Working with key customers to ensure they receive accurate and timely technician service and support.Continuous improvement across client satisfaction, service, and maintenance.Contribute to financial management and reporting.Technician team management, recruitment, development, and growth.Engage with the scheduling team and provide strategic workforce management.Continual improvement with technicians and training.Ensure that safety is an absolute priority.Knowledge of TSM would be an advantage.Electrical knowledge would be favourably looked at.You will be responsible for contingency planning and continuously improving our rapid response capability.
Intra and occasional interstate travel, with some overnight stays, is a part of this job.
This position will be based at our NSW office.
This is a Senior position in the business and will require you to engage with Clients and the wider business.

A passion for industrial service management.
This position will suit someone with 5+ years of service management and operations, coordination, and planning experience.
A qualified trade or engineering background will serve you well.
You will require interpersonal and communication skills commensurate with the level of this position.
You will be provided with commensurate remuneration and a fully maintained vehicle.
