The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced National Service Manager to lead our national service team.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your exceptional knowledge and skills to our growing business.
As the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all our branches.
This role is located at our east coast head office located at St Marys, NSW.
You will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring outstanding service levels through the service team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities include: Provide team leadership and direction to meet company, departmental, and individual goalsStrong focus on growing and expanding the service teamAbility to utilise EST equipmentEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems within your teamChampion team initiatives such as ENERGISE, Our Best Selves, and IlluminateEstablish strong relationships with customers and act as the escalation point for inquiries and feedbackOversee key account management for service and maintenance contractsConduct regular customer visits to identify revenue-generating opportunitiesSet service level expectations with customers and guide your team to achieve these standardsTransform customer insights from the sales team into actionable growth strategiesSolve complex customer issuesCollaborate with manufacturing and production to ensure effective support for branch-based parts teamsEstablish facility development plans for each branchDrive profitability to exceed budget requirementsEffective promotion, growth in sales, marketing, and direct influence of servicePursuit and development of new market opportunities for serviceFormulate forecast orders and gain necessary approvalsLiaise with our resellers and establish a great working relationshipQualifications and Experience Extensive leadership experience in a service role within a regional or national customer base in a related industryProven track record in process improvement, project implementation, and change managementExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and CRM softwareStrong commercial experience within branch or dealership networksAbility to deliver operational outcomes aligned with strategic objectivesWhat makes Semco Equipment Sales different We are a progressive company with a supportive team.
