Job DescriptionOur Outside School Hours Care service, Beaumont Road OSHC located in Killara, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 33 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too
About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationWho are we looking for? Enjoy working with kidsStrong and clear communicationTeam player with a desire to become a service leaderHold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
