The Opportunity: I currently have an exciting temp opportunity to work as a HR Superintendent for a mining company organisation.
Key Duties: Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice Identify and implement processes and procedures Partner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered to Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
Performance and Conduct Management Human Resource Acquisition and Retention Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics What you will bring
Experience operating at a senior HR level in the mining industry is essential.
