We're committed to understanding our clients, and delivering insights and creative solutions to drive sustainable business growth.You will lead a team which comprises of Property Relationship Executives, the Team Manager Analysts and the Analyst team, which support businesses that turnover up to $150m or property-related finance up to $100m.
You will deliver on a range of needs and requirements for our customers, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.Do Work That MattersYou will play a key role in being an expert across property finance, credit, risk, and continuous improvement.
Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our clients, you will focus on growing quality business across the property market.
You will work with a strong performing team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving commercial property customer base across Sydney.More specifically, you will:Lead and manage our Commercial Property team in SydneyUtilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever-changing commercial landscape and develop strategies accordinglyCoach and mentor a team and support ongoing development, maintaining and developing a high-performance cultureBuild strong relationships with clients and support your people's ability to retain their business through excellent client serviceHave an in-depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutionsDrive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutionsContinue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across SydneyWe want to hear from you if you have:Demonstrated people management - coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilitiesProperty Finance experienceA real passion to lead and further develop a skilled teamExceptional commercial acumen and credit understandingA tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regardedDon't tick all boxes?
