In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic projects, from diversity and inclusion programs to employee engagement, talent development, and HR process improvements.
You will work cross-functionally, partnering with leadership and various stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects related to HR, People, and Culture.
Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and track project performance.
Facilitate communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels of the organization.
Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate challenges, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Lead stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and prepare reports to communicate progress and achievements.
Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural programs.
Work closely with HR teams to implement initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee experience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Continuously evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and drive improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications : 7+ years of project management experience, with some exposure to HR, People & Culture, or organisational development projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects from conception through to implementation.
Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee engagement, talent management, DEI, and organisational change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
