Purpose
As the Governance & Engagement Manager you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of effective internal and external stakeholder engagement to support the delivery of the Return to Work Victoria's (RTWV) Business Units' strategy and objectives.
Within this role you will provide high level advice, briefings, leadership and support to RTWV and all dependant business units across WorkSafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Return to Work Victoria's stakeholder engagement strategy development and execution.
Facilitate the acquisition and sharing of knowledge effectively to positively impact stakeholder engagement outcomes.
Provide leadership and authoritative advice on Board governance and reporting, and stakeholder engagement requirements to ensure effective engagement.
Support the Return to Work Victoria executive leadership team in meetings and stakeholder engagement forums as appropriate, including leading strategic conversations, and attending meetings as a delegate.
Develop and maintain processes, tools and frameworks for Return to Work Victoria's governance and stakeholder engagement.
About you
One of your key strengths will be your ability to engage, lead and influence a diverse group of senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery of key objectives and outcomes.
You will also be someone who has strong analytical skills, excellent time management and prioritisation ability and can work autonomously across a range of areas.
You will also possess:
Experience in providing strategic, authoritative advice in a complex operating environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships.
Sound understanding and knowledge of WorkSafe and WorkSafe's Strategy.
Understanding of WorkSafe's business processes as well as government and legislative requirements.
Demonstrated leadership experience including guiding senior leaders to mutually satisfactory outcomes and ensuring alignment to corporate strategy.
