How you'll make an impact Mortgage Product is responsible for development of lending products and solutions that meet client needs, comply with relevant regulations and deliver target returns to the shareholders within the agreed risk appetite.
The team leverages data capabilities to optimise pricing and retention initiatives and collaborates with Group stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions and products to market.
As the Home Lending Product and Pricing Analyst, you will assist in ensuring AMP Bank has the optimal mortgage product features and pricing to meet its growth targets and overall strategy.
The role includes assisting with product strategy, pricing, continuous improvement and operational execution.
You will make an impact by:
Supporting the Home Lending Product Managers with the execution of the home lending product strategyAssisting with managing the bank's portfolio of home lending and business lending products and featuresContinually monitoring volumes and competitor movements to ensure in line with expectations and propose repricing as required or assist in repricing proposals.Representing Home Lending at Product and Pricing Committee to update position of mortgage portfolio, and seek approval of pricing and product recommendationsAssisting product manager with working with treasury, deposit product team and finance to provide input of mortgage volumes and pricing for the 3-year Bank strategic plan.
Continually updating of the strategic plan to reflect updated actual experience.Assisting with the continuous development of AMP Bank's home lending products in order to maintain market relevance and identified areas of AMP differentiation.Assisting in the management of customer complaints relating to pricing or product features for home lending products.Managing lending product inbox and assisting with new business pricing escalationsWorking closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams, striving for excellence in the end-to-end home lending banking experience for AMP customers.Working with Marketing at both a planning and execution level for various home lending initiativesWhat you will bring to the team Advanced excel and VBA skills (Power BI, SQL and Python skills preferred)Strong analytical skillsExperience in Financial Services/BankingBusiness report writing experienceProduct Management in a Bank, ADI or specialist banking service providerTertiary qualificationYou'll thrive here if...
