As our Procurement Administrator based in Belrose, your valued support is key to seamless procurement operations across the APAC region.
Showcase your expertise by taking ownership of expediting purchase orders, compiling detailed reports, reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate vendor records, and fostering effective supplier communications.This is an exciting time for you to collaborate with our dynamic procurement team.
As a key contributor delivering end-to-end administrative support, this dream opportunity offers the perfect platform for you to advance your career and demonstrate your procurement expertise across multiple high-impact projects.WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONCollaborate with project managers, site-based engineers, and internal stakeholders across multiple sites to identify material and service requirementsProcess and oversee the management of Purchase OrdersExpedite purchase orders for timely processing and deliveryReconcile invoices to ensure alignment with purchase orders and contractsPrepare weekly reports on overdue ordersAssist in sourcing materials, components, and services to support project and operational requirementsOnboard new vendors and update existing vendor detailsSupport vendor management by fostering relationships and ensuring contractual complianceAufgaben und Qualifikationen:SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESSBe an enthusiastic team player with a collaborative, can-do attitudeExceptional organisational and planning abilitiesAble to manage records in preparation for audits and compliance requirementsPrevious experience supporting the requisition-to-payment processConfident in addressing delivery, quality, or compliance issues related to materials and servicesGood understanding of vendor sourcing practicesCapable of operating with a keen sense of business urgencyDriven by a passion for building and nurturing lasting supplier partnershipsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)WHY BRING YOUR CAREER TO DEMATICThis is an exciting time to join Dematic.
