With Dematic delivering a state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics automation project for one of Dematic's global blue-chip clients with a project value in the mid-billon AUD, our procurement requirements are rapidly expanding.
As our Procurement Administrator based in Belrose, your valued support is key to seamless procurement operations across the APAC region.
Showcase your expertise by taking ownership of expediting purchase orders, compiling detailed reports, reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate vendor records, and fostering effective supplier communications.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Collaborate with project managers, site-based engineers, and internal stakeholders across multiple sites to identify material and service requirements Process and oversee the management of Purchase Orders Expedite purchase orders for timely processing and delivery Reconcile invoices to ensure alignment with purchase orders and contracts Prepare weekly reports on overdue orders Assist in sourcing materials, components, and services to support project and operational requirements Onboard new vendors and update existing vendor details Support vendor management by fostering relationships and ensuring contractual compliance Aufgaben und Qualifikationen: SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
