Yokogawa Australia is seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Service Engineer to join our esteemed Technical Services team in Melbourne.

Position Summary:
As a Senior Technical Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of control systems, with a specific focus on SCADA systems.
You will lead projects, coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities, and ensure the technical delivery of projects according to schedule, standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects involving the design, implementation, and testing of SCADA systems, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.
Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Provide technical direction to service engineers, assisting in the translation of client design requirements into functional design specifications.
Supervise the design, implementation, and testing of process control configurations for Yokogawa control systems.
Act as a critical interface with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and technical issues are resolved effectively.
Role Requirements
Degree in electrical, instrumentation, mechatronics, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
8+ years' hands-on experience with process control systems.
5+ years' experience with SCADA systems design and implementation.
Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead projects/teams and solve complex technical problems.
Previous experience working with MOSAIC SCADA is highly regarded.
TUV Certification for Safety Instrumented Systems is advantageous.
