Job DescriptionEstablished, national market leading Tier 2 Contractor with extensive pipeline in projects across Infrastructure, Buildings & Defence sectors. ASAP start for the right candidate.A market leading Tier 2 contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing business in Brisbane. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial support and subcontractor engagement across multiple projects.They work across construction and remedial type projects which are generally Industrial, Infrastructure, Water, Buildings fit out/refurb, Commercial or Defence in nature, from smaller up to the value of $15m+. You will also be working across a variety of projects and sectors. Experience with similar projects in these sectors or similar across buildings and infrastructure will be an advantage. However, if someone has a "can do" attitude, they can come from any background as long as they have a holistic CA skillset and can understand contracts and risk.Key DutiesContract reviewsContractual adviceAssisting with project cost control/cost reportingContract administration, notices, claims, variationsPayment schedulesFinal accountsExperienceYears of experience: 3 - 4 years +Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with procurementReviewing Head contracts and agreementsManage subcontract mechanismsConduct status reporting, project reports, risk and program reportingAssist with ForecastingManage the document control processLiaising with all stakeholdersAssist with commercial strategySupport when needed with compliance with management system policies, plans, procedures and regulatory requirementsQualifications and Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Contracts Management, Engineering, Construction Management or similarMinimum 3 - 4 years+ experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of project administration and project controlsAbility to work as part of a team as well as autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel knowledgeConstruction Safety Induction (white) cardThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organization who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click "Apply" to submit your resume or contact Jacob Montague-Day via email on ****** or Sam Barnes on ****** for further information.
