Franchise Business Manager

Explore & Develop are a group of franchised Early Childhood Education and Care services in NSW and the ACT.
Our business is 20 years young and we are set to grow our support offering to our franchise owners by implementing a Franchise Business role which will consist of the following responsibilities:
Coach new and existing Franchisee's in all commercial aspects of running a small to medium size business.
Analyse all business metrics including P & L and Benchmarking data to assist Franchisees with understanding and improving their business skills.
Work with Franchisee's to set goals, create business plans and management structures that will result in meeting the desired outcomes.
Manage the franchise recruitment selection process for new and multi-site franchisees in line with the organization's values, growth targets and the Franchising Code of Conduct.
Manage processes and stakeholders relating to Franchisee growth, succession planning and sales.
Project manage the onboarding process for all new Franchisees.
The ideal candidate for this senior role will have proven experience in the franchising sector specifically coaching and supporting business owners to achieve their business goals.
They should have great communication and influencing skills, attention to detail and uphold our group values of ethical, collaboration and excellence.
