Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable performance improvements across our production facilities. This role will report to the Production Manager. If you are passionate about problem-solving, process optimization, and fostering a culture of excellence, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Analyze current operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.Develop and execute plans to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to set performance benchmarks and monitor progress.Provide training and coaching to employees to prevent issues.Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline operations.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Proven experience in a relevant field.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.Proficient in using data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience in food production.Familiarity with ERP systems.Change management experience in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-paced company that values innovation and teamwork.Opportunity to lead impactful projects and make a measurable difference.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.Opportunity for career progression.National Police Check and pre-employment medical is required for this role.Please send in your current resume and cover letter.Frosty Boy would like to thank all applicants in advance and wish to advise that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
