Working together with your clients, their families and others involved in their care, you will develop individualised and person-centred therapy plans to support them in achieving their goals.
Your 12-month graduate program focuses on building the skills you need to deliver high-quality services to our clients, as well as supporting you to grow and learn.

Here's what you can expect from the Graduate Program: Structured onboarding and induction program in your first week, allowing you to connect and form relationships with the graduate team.Weekly check-ins with your clinical lead to ensure you are on track and receiving the support you need.Monthly team peer review and training sessions, dedicated to fostering a multidisciplinary approach to care.Scheduled training and development opportunities; both self-directed and group delivery.Weekly supervision with a board-approved supervisor and clinical lead, who is experienced in the relevant discipline.A dedicated buddy to support you to settle in and thrive.What we're looking for from our future graduates: We are looking for passionate and inspiring individuals committed to learning and making a positive impact on people's lives.
