Chief Executive Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its long-term vision and drive strategic growth in the delivery of exceptional outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the current strategic plan, identifying opportunities for innovation and service diversification, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This influential leadership role requires the ability to build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, establish strategic partnerships, and position the organization as a leading advocate in the community health sector. The CEO will also work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance and support the organization's mission of providing trauma-informed, equitable, and culturally safe services.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should be recognized as experienced executives with a proven track record in leading social services organizations through transformation and change. Executive experience in the not-for-profit sector, particularly in areas such as community health, youth services, mental health, and public health, is highly regarded. The role demands a leader with strong governance experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to effectively partner with a Board of Directors.
