Agile, proactive, patient, resilient, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented will be some core attributes that may best describe you and support you in a role that will never see two days the same.Here are some of the key things you'll do:Support QLD Practice Leader and broader team with scheduling, organising meetings/workshops/client events including agenda and minutes.Expenses management including credit card reconciliation.Travel and diary management.Developing/Supporting Client Relationship Management entries; supporting Business Information reporting; Information management and Knowledge sharing.Direct interaction with clients - booking appointments and coordinating meetings etc.Facilitate our resource management processes for the QLD AM&P team.Contribute to the delivery of projects by providing project support services.Work closely with the NSW Project Coordinator and Asset Management and Performance Leader's Executive Assistant to collaborate and provide cover for each other during any annual leave.What are we looking for from you?You'll have passion for re-imagining challenges and continuous learning to shape the future. Ideally, you will bring diverse experiences and demonstrate how you work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.The successful applicant will be able to show evidence of success in a similar role, in a professional services environment. Significant relevant experience will be underpinned by a resourceful approach and the use of initiative and intuition. You'll also have:Experience in contract development and/or management or relevant project management/coordination experience.Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Good written communication skills, with the ability to prepare procurement and technical documents.Experience in booking domestic and international travel.Good analytical, research and evaluation skills, with the ability to provide solutions to problems and issues.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.How will your future be shaped by us?Joining Aurecon means you'll be at the award-winning edge of innovation and sustainability.
