Nestled in the heart of the historic Hobart waterfront, you will find MACq 01 Hotel; a Federal Group luxury hotel that combines premium accommodation with immersive, unforgettable experiences.
Throughout the halls and across the walls of MACq01, you'll find engaging pieces of history, art and stories that connect our guests to the beautiful state of Tasmania.
What you can expect in a day in this role? Your responsibilities will include parking cars, greeting and checking in guests, and providing general assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
What you will bring to the role: Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service environmentAbility to multitask and work well under pressureA current Australian full manual driver's licence (not a provisional licence)A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and evening shiftsWhat you can expect from us: Along with this fantastic role and Federal Hospitality discounts across our hospitality and tourism properties, you will also receive:
