The Job We are on the hunt for a Programmatic Solutions Coordinator to support our Programmatic team in revenue generation and day-to-day operations.
This role ensures operational excellence across all internal platforms and processes, and drives optimal customer service levels to Programmatic buyers.
While no two days are the same, your role responsibilities will include: Provide superior customer service through planning, activation, optimisation, and measurement stages of campaign.
Work closely with the Research team and associated tools to deliver thorough responses to client briefs.
Ensure all creatives are reviewed to be approved, rejected, or escalated.
Produce weekly and monthly reports.
Work with Programmatic Director and the Marketing team to assist in the production of market-leading collateral to communicate VMO's proposition to buyers.
Programmatic technology is revolutionising the way Out-Of-Home inventory is traded, and VMO is leading the charge in the AU/NZ market.

Who we are looking for: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
It goes without saying you will have a can-do attitude and be a team player.
The successful candidate will be an advocate for Programmatic Outdoor, with a proactive, collaborative and confident nature.
We are also looking for: Recent tertiary qualifications in Media, Marketing, Business or related fields.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Photoshop (desirable).
Previous experience in OOH and/or Programmatic (desirable).
