Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)Strategic opportunity to highlight your strong collaboration and relationship management experience, whilst delivering key remuneration specialisation projects.We strive to create a high-quality working life for our community of valued employees.Working with us provides:Access to a Rostered Day Off;All roles can be worked flexibly but this may differ from role to role;Uniquely rewarding work in the service of the Victorian community;Support for education, career and professional development;Enterprise Agreement salary increases;Novated lease options and superannuation salary sacrifice;An unrivalled suite of physical and mental health and wellbeing support services;Access to a sports voucher;Discounted health insurance;Corporate Clothing Allowance (conditions apply);Free gym access;Close to Public Transport (Parliament Station);About the RoleThe Remuneration Specialist administers executive remuneration and assists with the development and implementation of executive remuneration processes and policies.The successful applicant will work towards developing and embedding remuneration frameworks, policies and programs to ensure FRV's remuneration frameworks, policies, programs and practices align with FRV People and Culture strategic objectives, VPS guidelines and legislative requirements.This role will manage remuneration reviews and salary benchmarking, with the aim of providing authoritative advice throughout the job evaluation process, and to ensure consistent application of process and integrity at all outcome stages.What you will need to SucceedTo be successful in this position, you will have:Degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources and previous experience delivering projects/change management will be highly regarded.Solid Remuneration experience & demonstrated understanding of/involvement in (ideally in a lead capacity) core Remuneration activities.Strong collaboration and relationship management experience with stakeholders.Strong knowledge & solid experience in the design and implementation of remuneration frameworks including market analysis and salary survey submissions.Extensive experience in Policy Governance and Risk Frameworks.Serving the Community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).
