If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet youJob DescriptionLove what you do and leave your mark24 months Fixed Term ContractThe Technology Environment Lead for Non-Production Environments will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex retail applications, ensuring the integrity, stability, and health of non-production environments. This role requires coordination with multiple SaaS vendors, 3rd party application providers, system integrators (SI), and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and testing operations. Additionally, the Environment Manager will oversee the management of the test lab, including hardware and networking equipment (e.g., switches, routers, hubs), ensuring all systems run optimally for application testing and development. The role ensures that these environments are properly configured, maintained, and optimised to support the organisation's SDLC processes and IT Operations effectively.Sound good? Read on.ResponsibilitiesNon-Production Environment Management:Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and operational health of all non-production environments (e.g., Dev, QA, UAT, Staging) for EDG Store application.Ensure that non-production environments replicate the production environment as closely as possible for accurate testing and troubleshooting.Monitor and manage environment performance, resource utilization, and resolve issues proactively.Coordinate non-production environment code releases, including version control, testing readiness, and environment clean-up.Application Package Deployment:Manage application package deployments across multiple non-production environments, ensuring smooth transitions between development, testing, and UAT phases.Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure timely deployment of builds, patches, and upgrades.Establish and manage deployment pipelines for non-production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability.Collaboration and Coordination:Work with multiple SaaS vendors, 3rd party application providers, and system integrators (SI) to ensure seamless integration of their services and applications into the non-production environment.Act as a liaison between the application teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks, track progress, and resolve any blockers related to the non-production environments.Coordinate with Infrastructure and IT teams for network-related needs (e.g., switches, routers, hubs) to ensure the environment is properly configured for optimal performance.QualificationsNow let's talk about you:Worked within a similar sized enterprise in a business/customer facing role.Relevant certifications in release management, infrastructure management, networking or related areas are a plus.Strong relationship management.Previous experience within Service integrator/vendor space.The benefits are good tooWe offer flexible working in every sense.An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs.Monthly meeting-free days.Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it's our first priority.
