Asahi Beverages is currently on the lookout for a full-time Technical Development Partner to work alongside leadership teams to facilitate long term, strategic, people development objectives.
Reporting to the Technical Development Partner Lead, in this position, you will support the planning, implementation and management of L&D activities to enhance the capability of our frontline workforce (over 500 employees).
You'll be supporting our VIC sites, based in Abbotsford, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the Asahi Supply Chain mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities Include Conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans to identify skill gapsImplementing training programs in line with supply chain development objectivesPartnership & collaboration with manufacturing leaders to gain in-depth understanding of site needsThorough documentation of strategic training plans and reporting on outcomesSupporting change initiatives and improving organisational effectiveness through learning and developmentEnsuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements in training programsMonitoring and reporting on training spending to meet budget requirementsProvide additional support in Technical Development Compliance activitiesUphold and contribute to safety and wellbeing commitments and cultureAbout You To succeed in this role you will have a people-first mindset, and eager to contribute to learning & development programs for a large workforce.

You'll be a great fit for the role if you also possess the following:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with leadership teamsExperience in conducting training needs analysis and developing strategic training plansExperience and attention to detail in documenting processes and reporting outcomesExperience using and optimising learning management systems (LMS) would be highly regarded, but not requiredA qualification in Training & Assessment would be highly regarded, but not requiredAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organization with a rich and varied history.
