About the role : In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, working alongside a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
As a key contributor to our innovation and business growth, you will focus on developing high-quality products, adhering to specific guidelines such as nutritional targets, factory constraints, and cost objectives.
Your creativity and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative products that align with our strategic growth plan.
Key Responsibilities : Develop exciting and delicious products in line with product development guidelines.Identify market gaps and create meal ranges to meet emerging consumer needs.Lead internal and external innovation sessions, fostering creativity and collaboration.Build and nurture relationships with strategic business partners and key customers.Continuously expand your knowledge of manufacturing processes to enhance product development and ensure efficient production.About You : A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a high-end restaurant or a similar food industry setting.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to use software effectively in a professional environment.Strong experience with product recipe costing models and managing product financials.Demonstrated success in a lead development role, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage and impress customers at all levels.Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.Proven experience in turning innovative concepts into tangible, market-ready products.High attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.A natural innovator, with the ability to think outside the box and solve complex food development challenges.Highly skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring clear, effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the business.What can we offer you?
