CR Powered by Epiroc is now looking for a proactive and self-motivated Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and collaborative Brisbane team.
This fulfilling and rewarding role offers the opportunity to support our CEO and Global Leadership Team while taking ownership of a wide range of administrative and project-based responsibilities.

What You'll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Global Leadership Team, ensuring seamless operations.
Coordinate meetings and events, including board meetings, diary and travel management, expense reporting, and office administration.
Act as a central point of engagement, building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Collaborate on key initiatives across marketing, sales, HSE, HR, and wellness programs.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach and a proactive mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
Interest in the mining, industrial, or engineering sectors is advantageous but not essential.
