We provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GP's, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and more.
Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.Job DescriptionThe business is expanding as our customers grow, and we are seeking more enthusiastic people to join a team who is committed to doing their best work every day guided by our values – Care, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence.We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join our team on a casual basis.
You will play a key role in delivering an innovative and effective service across the business.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Outbound contact with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform.Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required.Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations.A full position description is available upon request from HR at become one of our Team, you will need:An aptitude for systems.Excellent customer service and telephone skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to work well to deadlines.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.A professional and positive attitude.Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, namely Word, Outlook & Excel.Previous experience in a contact centre setting is advantageous.Additional InformationBe part of the MedHealth group voted Financial Review Boss Best Places to Work.
