You will play an integral part of the Maintenace Team. Our business is built on the belief that our people are what make EnerMech excellent.When we are thriving globally it's not just about investing in our infrastructure, service offering and technology, but by also investing in our people.The role:Preparation of job packsReport directly to on site services manager/ project managerNegotiation with suppliers and procurement of materials and servicesCoordination of site and workshop activitiesManagement of processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirementsPreparation of HSE and Quality compliance documentation, Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crewsEnsure safety of all employees and contractors working in operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety cultureBe able to make decisions based on knowledge and experienceManage and capture workforce hours and productivityApplicants must have:Minimum 5 years' experience in Supervision of Mechanical & Engineering Scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environment.Minimum of a Nationally Recognised Trade qualification.Proven Leadership, Team Management with a positive can-do attitudeGood problem-solving skills.A demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.If this sounds like a good fit please apply through the link or directly through our website at www.enermech.com/careers/vacancies.
