With now over 200 staff across 13 locations, Optimum Health Solutions has been in operation for over 20 years. You will be joining a highly experienced and well supported multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
About the Role: Based in our state-of-the-art facility and working within a team of Multidisciplinary Allied Health Professionals, we are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who would be managing a varied caseload including treating Musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of clients living with a disability.
You will be responsible for: Managing a caseload, undertaking assessment, diagnosis and the evidence-based management of clients, using a range of tools and equipment. Providing care to this clinically stimulating caseload includes clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post operative orthopaedics rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities. Providing client centred clinical care with a view to maximising functional capacity, achieving goals, optimising client health, function and independence in the long term. Maintain administrative duties, including relevant documentation and reporting associated with optimal client care. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists. Training & Development: Our industry leading internal clinical development and mentorship program ensures all our Physiotherapists are provided individualised support tailored to their stage of their career. With access to mentors with post graduate physiotherapy qualifications and with access to the rest of the clinical team's knowledge across our network.
