Do you excel in forging best-in-class customer relationships, whilst building and delivering on joint strategic Business plans?
As National Business Manager- Coles, you will play a lead role within our Grocery Channel team.
You will set the strategic roadmap with the customer through joint business planning and flawless execution while ensuring that it is fully aligned to the business strategy.
You will secure the achievement of set sales budgets, execute agreed account standards, and maintain tight control of trade promotional expenditure and operational expenses.
This is a highly collaborative role across multiple internal functions, delivering over and above for the customer and Opella.At Opella, the Consumer Healthcare business unit of Sanofi, it is the third-largest player globally in the OTC & VMS market.

Through our unique portfolio of over 100 brands, we deliver our mission: helping more than half a billion consumers worldwide take their health in their hands.Main responsibilities:Achievement of sales targets and organisational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)Accountable for the volume and revenue forecast accuracy including sales and distribution of the entire Sanofi CHC/Opella portfolio for Coles across omni-channelsEnsure all Trade Promotional Expenditure (TPE) and operational expenses stay within approved budget and contracts are up to date and compliantOptimise Trade Spend by developing strategies that improve trade spend effectiveness and efficiencyDevelop and implement a total CHC portfolio strategic business plan for Coles, including ecommerceProvide direction to the wider sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of activitiesBuild execution plans that align to agreed account standardsCreate meaningful partnerships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholdersAct as a role model and advocate for the grocer channelUtilise and analyse data and insights to make business decisionsAbout youExperience:Several years at Senior National Account Manager or Business Manager level within Grocer Channels in FMCG or Consumer Health Care industriesPrior experience working with either Coles or WoolworthsKnowledge of managing both omni-channel and traditional requiredProven experience in achieving Sales targets and delivering customised business plansSoft and Technical Skills:Commercially savvy, adept in analysing data and insightsAbility to build trusted relationships and partner closely with multiple internal functions and external partnersTeam-oriented, collaborative with decision-making capabilitiesHigh level of written and verbal communication, and personal presentationWhy choose us?Endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your careerA thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contributionBe part of creating best practices as we grow our internal Digital TeamJoin a high-performing, supportive team environmentBeautiful Brisbane or Sydney based offices with opportunities to visit our manufacturing facilitiesCompetitive remuneration package on offer#J-18808-Ljbffr
