About the role The People and Culture Advisor plays a pivotal part in supporting the People and Culture Business Partner with change management and cultural enrichment.
Working collaboratively with the leadership team across a designated Portfolio, they will drive and implement employee-centric initiatives, aligned with organisational goals.
By fostering strong partnerships with their stakeholders and driving alignment with global objectives, the People and Culture Advisor will play a key role in supporting the organisation's success and promoting a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities Build strong partnerships with leadership to drive strategic supportSupport the People and Culture Business Partner with the development and execution of the engagement strategyOffer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters to foster a positive work environmentMonitor employment legislation changes, updating policies and procedures accordinglySupport the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and proceduresGuide leadership with implementing successful recruitment and selection processesFacilitate seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagementSupport the performance management process, facilitating training and development activitiesAssist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategiesManage reward and recognition programsCoordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activitiesRequirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experienceProven experience working in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a high-performance culture and dynamic environmentComprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment lawUnderstanding of organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and culture transformationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholdersExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to support with complex situations and provide strategic HR solutionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlinesProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applicationsIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
