An exciting opportunity has become available for an exceptional People and Culture Advisor to join our supportive People and Culture Department.
This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities Coordination of all onboarding and offboarding processesEnd-to-end recruitment and talent mappingUndertaking ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of People and CultureResponsible for workers compensationBe the primary point of contact for internal HR inquiries, including advising on multi-price agreements, awards, and policiesCreating employment documents and day-to-day people operationsEssential to this role Previous HR generalist experience in a comparable roleA good understanding of awards and multi-price agreementsPersonal and professional integrityBe a collaborative team player and an excellent communicatorWe offer outstanding opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and new experiences.
Candidates must demonstrate a positive support for the Christian values of a Presbyterian GPS School.
