Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Due to exceptional growth, we are looking for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our growing HR team and bring the function to life
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a true generalist role that will see the successful candidate providing support with the building of processes and framework to elevate the function across eStore, whilst utilising their skills to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
You will take ownership of the role, be part of a growing business that presents an abundance of opportunity and allows your voice to be heard.

eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL).
We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia's largest pure play online retailer, Australia's largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia's top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.
We are a team of energetic professionals with a key focus on rapid growth and expansion, through investing in and empowering our people to achieve excellence.
The business is rapidly expanding and currently has eight fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia, including our new 26,600sqm FC.
eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

What will you do (but not limited to)? Partner with Site Leaders to support the execution of the business and people strategyCoach Line Managers to have healthy and ongoing career conversationsAward interpretation for best practice rostering and management of teamProvide advice and guidance on policies and proceduresConduct termination processes as necessaryAssist in investigations, disciplinary meetings and any other ER casesContribute to HR related projects and initiativesShare and promote company valuesAssist with candidate interviews, when requiredRolling out and conducting training as requiredManaging visa and working rights checksConducting succession planning with key stakeholdersSupporting with delivery of annual performance reviews, remuneration reviews and Short term incentive plansAct as a point of contact for HR related issues queries, issues and requestsOther HR related aspects as deemed necessary by the Head of People & CultureWhat skills will you have? A minimum of 2 years experience in a HR advisor or HR administrative roleHR related tertiary qualificationPositive interpersonal and communication skillsSelf starter and great team playerAttention to detailAction orientedStrong organisation and time management skillsStrong work ethicWhy eStore Logistics?
