Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.Great opportunity to lead a talented Service Delivery team within Insurance & Enterprise TechnologySupporting team environment and WFH flexibilityBrisbane, Sydney or Melbourne locationAbout the roleThe Service Delivery Manager leads a Service Delivery team and is accountable for the full lifecycle of IT service delivery, including the initiation, transition and ongoing maintenance of the assets and platforms.
Along with the overall operational delivery and performance of a group of services and/or platforms, to meet business/user needs.What you'll doEnsure the operational outcomes of the portfolio of services under management is meeting business needsManage relationships with service partners/operations team for service deliveryEnsure operational needs are understood and prioritised appropriatelySet expectations around operational outcomesWork with the SIAM team to ensure adoption and adherence to SIAM processesMonitor all SIAM processes and provide feedback on areas of improvementApproving, preparing, planning, and managing of new or changed servicesParticipation in service and service provider reviews and negotiation of SLA and contractsWhat you'll bring5+ years' service delivery (operations and run) experience including across a diverse range of domains and processesExperienced in project and service management disciplines; ITIL, PMBOK, Agile, SIAMStrong stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project teamProven IT and team management experience with broad technical knowledgeExperience driving incident response and decision making associated with crisis managementDemonstrable exposure to and knowledge of IT service principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools (ServiceNow), frameworks, and best practice methodsProven experience in Partner and Service Level Management lifecycleWhat we can offerA range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programsPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilIf this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for please apply online today.
