What's in it for you: This is truly a unique opportunity for an experienced consultant to take the next step in their career and work directly with the national leadership team in a hybrid consultant/management position. As a Lead Consultant at Acumen, you will manage a reduced portfolio delivering market-leading case management services, calling on your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to support people who have suffered from a diverse range of injuries, illnesses, or trauma.
Working for a national organisation, you will also have the opportunity to support clients across a broad range of schemes, separate from our personal injury portfolio, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).
In addition to the part-time consulting portfolio, you will work directly with the leadership team to coach and mentor our early-career Rehabilitation Consultants as well as driving customer growth across the region through best practice account management and new business development.
