Based at our Kardinya Head Office or one of our other locations, we have full-time positions (38 hours per week, plus overtime) available in both our Service and Installation departments.
We are seeking skilled tradespeople who can train apprentices and contribute at all levels.
With long-term work and opportunities for advancement, this is an excellent career path for proficient professionals.
What We're Looking For:
Experience servicing, repairing and/or installing ducted air conditioning (DAC), wall splits, floor consoles, and cassettes.
Basic knowledge of VRV/VRF systems.
Strong expertise in AC&R. Solid understanding of OHS procedures and processes.
Clear, professional communication with both clients and office staff.
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
Essential Qualifications:
Full trade certifications WA Restricted Electrical License WA Manual Driver's License White Card What's On Offer:
Competitive salary package: $90K–$98K per annum, including overtime Superannuation (in addition to wages) Fully maintained vehicle Company mobile phone Uniforms and all PPE provided Wellness Day off for your birthday (after qualifying period) A friendly, inclusive team environment with excellent working conditions.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia, ideally with knowledge of the Perth metro area.
