As we continue to expand, we're branching into the HVAC industry and are looking for a skilled Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to take the lead in shaping and growing this new area of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving company and play a pivotal role in developing our HVAC services while working on exciting residential and light commercial projects.
The Role
As our Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician, you'll take ownership of installations, repairs, and maintenance for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. You'll also help establish a high standard of service delivery as we grow our HVAC division, ensuring customer satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities Technical Duties: Install, service, and repair split systems, ducted air-conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC and refrigeration equipment.Perform routine and preventative maintenance.Service and maintain specialized equipment such as ice machines and ventilation systems.Customer Management: Deliver exceptional service with clear communication and a customer-first approach.Provide technical advice and solutions to clients.Document repair information, time, and parts usage accurately.What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.Current ARC Licence.Current WA Electrical Licence (B Class or Restricted).Current Australian Driver's Licence.Construction Induction White Card.Preferred: Working at Heights certification.Fault-finding experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.Professional presentation with outstanding communication and customer service skills.Positive attitude with flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.What's on Offer Competitive salary with overtime and incentives.Fully serviced company vehicle with fuel card.Company-provided mobile phone.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Supportive team culture and excellent working conditions.A unique chance to shape and grow our HVAC division.Work Schedule Rotational on-call and weekend roster (with additional pay).Why Choose Brillare Electrical?
