As a market and innovation leader in the industry, our team of over 150+ psychologists and mental health professionals across Australia support people to realise their health potential by delivering contemporary and evidence-based interventions to clients and customers.Your new roleAs a Counsellor at PeopleSense by Altius, you will deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing-focused counselling services, including but not limited to:Workers Compensation Referrals – Supporting individuals with injury adjustment, trauma recovery, and pain management.
This often includes providing long-term counselling, case management support, and participation in case conferences.Private Counselling – Delivering high-quality, person-centered therapy to adults, children, adolescents, and couples.Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration – Working closely with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.This is a full-time position based in Wollongong.About youFull Clinical Member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) or Level 3 / 4 Member of ACA (Australian Counselling Association).
