You'll find Purpose, At Pace and Connection, at Heart, joining a truly connected team driven to make a difference and deliver creative communications.The role:As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing an array of online and offline assets from website, intranet and social media imagery to corporate print publications, posters, and flyers.
You will need to have a portfolio that shows eye-catching and professional print and digital assets aligned with a company's brand, mission and values; skills in video editing and animation highly will be regarded.We're looking for someone who loves what they do, is happy to hit the ground running and is keen to get involved.

Icon Group is an exciting and innovative healthcare company offering plenty of opportunity to make this role your own and to grow with the Group as it continues to expand its global reach.You're encouraged to apply if you are keen to join a team where you can learn and contribute in equal measure, where you're happy to roll with the busy workflow and enabled to create high quality design work.Key responsibilities:Conceptualise, design, and implement digital and print projects within required timeframes – video and animation skills highly regarded.Working with several supporting brands that sit within Icon Group.Advise on creative options for design requests within Icon's brand guidelines.Ensure brand consistency in all work produced.Support the Marketing & Communication department with creative print and digital requirements.Coordinate with key business stakeholders to clarify design activity objectives.Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team, other internal stakeholders and preferred suppliers (including printers) to ensure seamless execution of our brand.About you:We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated person who can take responsibility for their work and collaborate with numerous stakeholders within the business.
You should love creating content and experimenting in design and multimedia creative tools.
