We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to lead clinical and care services at a reputable aged care facility in South Australia. This key leadership role involves ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while mentoring and guiding a dedicated care team.
About the Role:
As a Care Manager, you will work closely with Care Coordinators, clinical staff, and the Facility Manager to deliver timely, person-centered care. Key responsibilities include:
Developing care plans and conducting clinical assessments.Managing medication and ensuring compliance with AN-AAC and other standards.Welcoming new residents and supporting their families.Handling comments and complaints with a resolution-focused approach.Supporting a positive, professional team culture.About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong leadership skills, a resident-focused approach, and a commitment to excellence in aged care. You will have:
