The role:As Facilities Manager, you will be based on site with a high performing centre management team.
You will ensure compliance, OHS and tenant relations are at the forefront of mind.
Your day to day duties will involve:Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting customer service and community relations.Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and best practices.Providing project coordination services for investigations and upgrades as required.Monitoring and directing contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed and performed with a quality output.Manage, develop and implement the strategic asset management plan for the properties.Preparation of operational and capital expenditure and operational budgets.Coordinate tenancy de-fits and new lease fit-outs.To be considered for the role, you must have previous demonstrable experience in an operations and facilities role, ideally within a retail property environment, understanding compliance and risk associated with the position.
Technical qualifications would be desirable, coupled with exemplary people skills, with a vision to lead and inspire.
With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your tenants.
