The role: Our Facilities Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier facilities management to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia.
This is an opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge within Facilities Management and take your career to the next level.
Supporting our key clients' asset, you will ensure that Knight Frank continues to deliver leading edge Facilities Management services that meet and exceed the expectations of our client through your technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities : Provide operational leadership, manage and direct efforts to maintain an impeccable level of building presentationEnsure optimal operation of building plant and equipment to improve NABERS ratingsBe the contact for technical advice, supporting the property management team and client and tenant customersImplement, audit and maintain risk management proceduresManage Operational expenditure budget preparation, forecasting and deliveryMaintain and be fully conversant with all Australian Standards, statutory and legal requirements directly related to building management service deliveryProvide recommendations to the client and property management team to continually improve operational efficienciesBuild and maintain strong relationships with the client, tenants and service partnersEnsure timely delivery of compliance, risk and sustainability targets and KPIs Who we are looking for?
At least 5 years' work experience and demonstrated success in a Facilities Management role within the property/building industryExcellent presentations, verbal and written communication skillsExperience supervising and managing staffA high level of financial aptitude, computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrable experience with HVAC and building controls managementStrong stakeholder management and relationship development skillsExperience in tendering for significant hard and soft services contractsExperience in project management and deliveryComprehensive commercial experience and knowledge of industry best practice, relevant codes and legislative requirements relating to facilities managementAbility to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage competing priorities Not the perfect fit?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
