Your New CompanyJoin a leader in the construction industry with over 21 years of premium project delivery. Known for exceptional customer service, our client is growing rapidly and now has multiple entry-level Project Coordinator roles available in their Hillsdale office.
Your New RoleAs the Project Coordinator, be at the centre of coordinating vital social housing projects, supported by a Contract Manager who's approachable and supportive. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you'll build valuable skills in administration, customer service, and scheduling.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering tailored solutions.
Scheduling contractors to ensure timely project completion.
Updating customers and contractors with clear and consistent communication.
Processing invoices to finalise completed jobs.
Coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth project timelines.
Assisting with administrative duties such as managing documentation and filing systems.

About You1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles (think hospitality, retail, waitress/waiter, bar staff, or admin coordinator).
A strong eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude.
A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
