We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong.What this opportunity involves:As the Project Coordinator, you will assist the wider project team in the effective management of all phases of smaller/less complex projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure. The role requires technical knowledge and will require the use of JLL systems, processes, policies, and technology to deliver exceptional outcomes for JLL and our clients.An overview of the role:Assist in the production of monthly project deliverables including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports, and Meeting Agendas and MinutesAssist in maintaining a detailed project programme which outlines clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project deliveryPreparation of Project Control Group reports and attendance at these meetingsDrafting of Vendor Request for ProposalParticipate in value engineering, buildability analysis, and assist in critically reviewing designs and documentation to minimize risk and maximize outcomesConduct vendor contract administration professionally and in accordance with specified legal requirementsInvolvement in maintaining anticipated cost reports, including cash flows and accruals. Ensure invoices from vendors are submitted in a timely mannerMaintain JLL OH&S, environmental, and quality standards across the assigned siteParticipate in project close-out, particularly financial close-out and required contractual documentsBuild and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders and liaise with multiple organizational levelsParticipate in analysis of completed projects to promote success and lessons learnedSound like the job you are looking for?
