Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Customer Success Manager at PowerfleetJoin our expanding Australasian business and drive your portfolio of business clients forward as a trusted Driver Safety and In-Warehouse Consultant.
This full-time role will be based in Subiaco at the head office for our Australia region.
You'll act as the liaison between our direct B2B customers and in-house technical experts to deliver value and drive growth.

You will focus on growing existing accounts, increasing client engagement with our products, and retaining customer loyalty.
The role involves travel, both interstate and locally, fostering relationships through face-to-face and phone communication.
Customer Success Present customer insights and business reviews to increase client traction and optimise results.Identify and grow up-sell opportunities to meet customer needs.Develop account management plans and engage stakeholders to align with customer strategies.Oversee contract requirements and lead renewal negotiations.Communication Engage stakeholders via in-person meetings and video conferencing.Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Operations, Sales, Finance).Relationships Build and maintain strong B2B relationships.Collaborate openly with peers and provide feedback and ideas.About you: Experience: 5-7+ years in customer success/account management roles.Skills: Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills; experience meeting and exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.Passion: Technology, safety, and customer partnership.Desired Experience and Attributes: Experience utilising Gainsight and SalesForce.Prior experience working within the technology sector.Prior experience working with or within the mining, oil & gas, or transport sectors.If you have a passion for technology, safety, and truly partnering with customers, consider joining PowerFleet.
