You will focus on growing existing accounts, increasing client engagement with our products, and retaining customer loyalty. The role involves travel, both interstate and locally, fostering relationships through face-to-face and phone communication.Customer SuccessPresent customer insights and business reviews to increase client traction and optimise results.Identify and grow up-sell opportunities to meet customer needs.Develop account management plans and engage stakeholders to align with customer strategies.Oversee contract requirements and lead renewal negotiations.CommunicationEngage stakeholders via in-person meetings and video conferencing.Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Operations, Sales, Finance).RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong B2B relationships.Collaborate openly with peers and provide feedback and ideas.About you:Experience: 5-7+ years in customer success/account management roles.Skills: Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills; experience meeting and exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.Passion: Technology, safety, and customer partnership.Desired Experience and Attributes:Experience utilising Gainsight and SalesForce.Prior experience working within the technology sector.Prior experience working with or within the mining, oil & gas, or transport sectors.If you have a passion for technology, safety, and truly partnering with customers, consider joining PowerFleet.
